standing for
Agrupación de Fabricantes de Aceites Marinos,
S.A.,
was established in 1965 through the merger of various Spanish fish meal and oil producers
and a family owned factory called IRGAS that, by that
time, was starting to process fish oils.
Since
the very beginning, our major premise has
been that a sustainable supply of a homologated
and constant fish oil quality should be
provided.
The main objective is to meet market needs
in each moment and also revalue the fishing
by products.
A
continuous improvement, both in infrastructures and
human resources, and the acquisition of a broad
experience in the sector, have enabled us to become
a leading company in world fish oil market.
